A tiny fraction, yeah, but one whose continued use of marijuana despite its negative impact on their health teaches something about the nature of substance abuse, which applies more broadly to anyone who has a pathological relationship with the drug. Patients with recurring cannabis hyperemesis, I think, are a fascinating case study on our capacity to rationalize self-injurous behavior.
